HWID ban
Ok, I guess it's time for me to vent because this is getting out of hand.!! My account got banned and says it was cheating.. first iof all I've never cheated in apex let alone any other game!! Trust me my low kd is a fact I didn't cheat! Anyways, I tried to get my account back and they keep saying they did the right thing blah blah blah I keep getting the same exact reply like they didn't even look into my case or profile.. anyways I'm over the lack of EA looking into the case so now I try to make a new account to just get back and play with friends and the accounts keep getting banned right away.. sometimes in the training area because it's a new account and you have to do that other times it let's me play a game or 2 and when I log back on later it's banned.. this is just crazy I didn't cheat I never cheated and you won't give me my acvount back.. now I can't even make a new account if I wanted to.. how about EA actually does some real work and go watch a few streamers playing apex and investigate them instead of the people that don't cheat.. you can easily tell who cheats on twitch but hey they won't get banned because they have 5k+ views so they get a free pass.. the amount of false bans I've read about is absolutely crazy! all EA does is take your money and kick you to the curb they don't care about their players what so ever... I remember in the beginning when you qued for a match it was almost instant que.. and now people wait up to 5-10 minutes to get a match.. thats why your game is dieing, you guys don't help your community of players that were falsely banned.. I know for a fact you guys don't even look into the case because everyone's reply is the same and that's why it goes into the spam folders.. because that's what it is.. just spam! But they have the audacity to send you emails about new seasons even tho that account was banned.. shame on you EA!
