Hybrid Mode: Team-wide legend cap = squad count (TDM/Control)
## Summary
In Hybrid modes (Team Deathmatch, Control), multiple 3-stack squads are merged into one team. The current "no duplicate legends within your squad" rule still applies per 3-stack, which wastes legend slots when teammates in other squads haven't picked that legend.
## Proposed change
Allow duplicate legends across the full team, capped at the number of squads on that team:
- Team Deathmatch (6v6, 2 squads): max 2 of the same legend per team
- Control (9v9, 3 squads): max 3 of the same legend per team
## When it applies
- TDM: when respawning and changing legend (initial spawn is weapons-only, unchanged)
- Control: at match start and on respawn
## How selection works
- Team-wide pool, first-come-first-served
- Example (Control): Team has 0 Pathfinders across all 3 squads → any squad can pick Pathfinder until the team hits 3 Pathfinders total
- If one squad already has 3 Pathfinders, other squads cannot pick Pathfinder
## Why this helps
- Reduces frustrating "my legend is taken in my squad but free team-wide" moments
- Encourages intentional team comps in larger Hybrid lobbies
- Cap still equals squad count, so it doesn't enable unlimited stacking
