I am getting back to apex legends

At the launch of season 23, the game added the launch royal, where it all began, where everything was simple and not much twisted and fewer legends.
This showed me how now the game is much more enjoyable without all the changes that were made to the weapons and legends which changed the game style and weapon wielding a lot.

Also, on the other hand, I noticed that with all the new changes that Apex has made throughout all the seasons, they were just making the game more complicated.
And actually, I think they made some changes to the matchmaking where solo players don't get destroyed all the time by a 3-stack of tryhard players who are on comms 24/7 with Lifeline, Newcastle, and Gibby.

To make it short, I would rather keep playing launch royal each day rather than trios.
I hope this makes the devs notice that simpler Apex was much better, and it was what made it enjoyable.
new legends, new mechanics, weapon nerfs like the R99, which is my favorite weapon, made me leave the game for good, but now i think i would come back if things stay interesting.

There are things I like about the game in its current form, but over all I agree with you that simpler is generally better. The problem is that if they don't change anything then people will get bored with the same old thing all the time. Personally I think that change should come in the form of new maps and new game types, not endless weapon buffs and nerfs, not endless new and repetitive legends, and certainly not in all the endless gameplay changes that offer almost nothing of substance except giving old players the pretense something new to learn and new players even more sources of confusion.

@reconzero I think it is a good idea to have this launch royal mode permanent, so it can be accessible by who ever wants to enjoy the old school apex legends,
