Solved

I bought Ash but recently I found it was locked.

How can I fix it.I rather to buy Ash again with using legend coins.

Below's the picture which show my ash's skin.

    Sorry to hear Ash has vanished on you. This should be cleared up next time you're able to log back in and take a look.
