@greyshrimp EA's support usually makes loading the case link impossible. I have cases on game issues, player reports, and things like that. The links *should* load and be like "Hey, this is a possible solution!", "I'm sorry, but we cannot disclose the action taken (if any) on the reported player", etc. Instead, the links play the infinite spinning wheel of death like it's an old Mac laptop.

so how exactly does any of that make any sense given the standard 72 hours after not beign able to read there update they will close the ticket which leaves me exactly where i am
