I can't find human help

My Apex account was registered with the email address from this forum. However, due to some unknown reason, I haven't logged in for a long time and it was banned. The customer service informed me that it was banned on February 10th for cheating, but I myself didn't log in during that period. After learning that my account was banned in March, I immediately sought help from the game's customer service and tried to establish a case to request unban. But now, after multiple attempts, I can no longer reach the human customer service or create a case to lift the ban on my account or check my account information. I'm suspicious of the logins on February 10th and in January because I didn't log in during that time. Moreover, I found that the login times on the two platforms in EA's official data are inconsistent. I suspect that these logins were not done by me, but currently, I can't reach the human customer service to check my information. I want to know if someone has stolen my account through some means. My biggest problem now is that I can't contact EA help. I can't find human customer service on the EA help website or log into my account, and the cases I sent recently have received no response. I urgently need your help now.

  • 800811mmp  Unfortunately bans cannot be handled on the forums.

You would have to contact the EA TOS Team regarding your ban, (in which you are able to appeal your ban up to 3 times). However, since you had been told to "not expect anything further", (as shown in one of your screenshots), that does mean that the ban will be upheld.

Note: I had removed any screenshots that were showing IP Addresses, as sharing personal information, (be it yours or someone else's), is against the EA Forums Rules & Guidelines)

  • When you banned my account, you didn't notify me, nor did you inform me by email. When I checked on the official website, there was no reason given. The first time I set up a case, it wasn't reviewed. I only had two chances to appeal my account. By the time I figured out why my account was banned, I had already used up both chances. When I wanted to appeal again, you just kept replying with the same template, never changing it. What else can I say? I have no way to contact you. Even the customer service representatives don't have the authority to unban my account. And I only have two chances to contact them. Once I used them up, I can't even find a customer service representative now. I want to check my account information and verify if there was any login from a different location, but I can't do it. Is this how EA handles things?

Just to let you know that Midnight9746 is not an EA employee so directing frustration at them is misplaced.

As they said, you can appeal a ban multiple times so you can/should appeal again by following the link posted above, thanks.
