I can't gift battle pass. Why?

I want to gift battle pass for my friends but i can't select him. Does anyone know how to fix it? 

I have coin i checked.

She is my frined for months, 

When she click on her name in the friend selection section, it doesn't select her.

    not just battle pass I can't gift anything and anyone

    I hope this email finds you well. My friend and I are experiencing a persistent issue when attempting to gift items. A green loading icon appears near my friend's name, and the gift does not go through, whether using Steam or EA app. We've checked connections, restarted the game, and encountered the issue persisting. Please investigate and advise on a resolution.

    i have an issue sending gifts i want to send an apex pack to my friend but when i click on my friend it only loads and i cannot send it.

    I'm trying to process a gift to one of my friends, but it can't be done because it only looks like it's in the process of loading, as if it's making a transaction, I've waited a long time but it's still going on.

    does anyone know why this is happening?
