Haha you have complained about your teammates on this forum since Season 3. Sorry to say it but it seems to me that its more likely that you are equally, or perhaps even more as much a part of the problem as your randoms. I remember your previous posts. You are the guy who actually wanted to pay money to be allowed into noob-lobbies HAHA.
Yes, your solo Q peak rank is ofc lower than what you can achieve with a 3-man stack of equally skilled premades but the difference is not that big tbh. For me, I can reach D3 by myself and just barely touch Master 10.000 rp with two friends. Bottom line; good players will adjust to whatever randoms the game throws at you. Bad and clueless players will blame and come with excuses hahaha.
So the only thing here that needs fixing is your attitude when choosing to play solo Q:
- You are not the designated shot caller of a team of randoms. You are as much "expected" to play around your randoms as they are to play around you.
- Your way of playing the game is not objectively the correct
- Your randoms can not read your thoughts just like you cant read theirs
- Your randoms dont have to/cant always follow your pings and calls at all times just like you dont have to/cant always follow theirs.

Are you those mean entitled * kiddo who feel so superior just because you considered yourself pro for being in a 3 stack? What a nutcase.

Not sure of the op situation. But my experience in solo ranked, is abysmal at best. Lower ranked teammates every match. In plat with a gold and silver teammates who die as soon as someone looks at them. Just jumped back on tonight after split and in gold got silver and bronze teammates first game in. Literally landed on 5 other squads, no amount of pinging or anything could change their mind that hot dropping on other squads was a bad idea. I got 2 kills and back to the lobby with -14 points. They got no kills and less than 50 damage each. If I stick it out and work to plat then diamond I know it will be dealing with lower skilled teammates.
It would be nice if you could see their rank before selecting your legend. I would probably play a lot more wraith and path with octane just so I could run away right from the get go and hide to rank. Oh wait they wanted to combat that and improve the game (for premades) solo queue is funked.

Yes I do partly agree with you here. Its not good from a competitive standpoint that you can end up with teammates several ranks below you. One big reason is how they pamper duo premades. You can be bronze and join a gold player premade right? And then matchmaking will then match you according to the gold players rank. This is only "fair" for the premade duo which chooses to play with each other but what Respawn totally ignores how UNFAIR this is for their 3rd random teammate, who is gold elo and is matched with a statistically weaker team. So this principle is objectively wrong IMO.
BUT I think you are very biased in your take of the situation and I think you only remember the negative times. First of all, I dont believe that you get lower ranked teammates in "every" match, probably not even in majority of matches. I think that if you would take a screenshot of 100 of your ranked teammates, you would see that its quite evenly distributed. Thats why we need a match history!!!
Also, one factor that you miss here is that in many of those matches, for instance if you are gold3 and you get two silver teammates, is that the lobby you got matched in is average silver. So YOU have an advantage here but its easy to just notice the negatives. Thats why we need to see the average ELO of the lobby we play at. This is not information that should be hidden! In this arguments, I only refer to ranked and in ranked, the number of kills should not be a factor in the matchmaking. In ranked, the matchmaking should ONLY match based on rank. The problem here is that the current rank system is super bad at putting a given player at the rank that corresponds to his actual skills. I honestly believe that if you would randomly take 1000 players from, lets say "silver3" and let each of them fight each other in a million 1v1s, there would be some players that would literally win close to zero of those when, in a "good" ranked system, everyone SHOULD have 500.000 wins give or take.
- r1ggedgame3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Balladalidila i dont really play ranked anymore bcs of the worst system they could come up with. The whole Smurf problematic doesnt nag me that much, but the other end with boosted Diamonds that play like they never had FPS experience in their lives ... just destroys my vibe.
I want mates not victims, dont care how hard the lobby is (i really enjoyed the "euro-test" where everybody but me complained about hard matches against preds and masters, this was the only time besides being in a 3Stack when you actually got mates that knew their stuff) ... but it should give me at least mates that know what to do and not bloody noobs 99% of the time (talking about pubs). Its literally 1 out of 100 Games that i can enjoy , the rest is hard carry beginners that die on drop (and they even decided to drop hot, not me ...), thats why i mentioned the killcount ... people with less than 200 Kills mostlikely dont really know how to handle the Legend.
Also the whole concept of Rank-Split is utter trash, who in the right mind comes up with such a crap ?
Im fully with you about the ELO/MMR not being hidden, that was a complaint of mine since i started to play ... this only fuels the speculation that the whole system is/or can be rigged by Respawn in favour of selected few.
