I did not recieve any legendary item after opening 30 apex packs...bug?

So I just hit level 29, which if I am correct would have awarded 25 apex packs up to that point. I also have twitch prime so I opened 5 from there. The only legendary thing on my account is the pathfinder skin (which I paid $12.99 for, along with the 5 packs). It specifically says in game "Guarantees one legendary drop per 30 packs" , this shows the pathfinder prime skin is not including of coming out of a "pack" and I have been misguided and lied to. This is really not cool and all my friends are receiving many legendries while I can't even get one. PLEASE HELP ☹️.

    I would contact customer support along with proof you bought AC currency (to prove you indeed got your sole legendary skin by paying for it).
