I don’t understand

I got perm banned about a year ago for <removed> my name and I have no idea how that is even possible. Like how man. I didn’t even have it in my name it was in my clan tag. Anyone help me out with ho...

    07s1i8inxol8​ Unfortunately, bans cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

    Usually in instances of a bad username, you would have to change the username on the offending platform, (such as on Xbox).

    For clan/player tags, (the [tag] before your username), I'm not sure how you would go about changing that tag since it requires you to log into the game to change it, (however your best bet would be to either):

    1. Appeal your ban, and then remove the clan/player tag when you enter the game
    2. Appeal your ban, and ask the EA TOS Team if they could remove the clan/player tag, (or ask how you can go about changing the clan/player tag)
