I played a lot of high-speed FPS games and had no motion sickness or health issues while gaming before.
I suggest doing something about that spamming finisher thing. That red flashy screen almost killed me.
We can't avoid toxic behavior within online games, but this one that affects other players IRL health should be more aware.
Hopefully to see some changes on this.

Unfortunatly, this can also be an issue for some if character selection is spammed.
You might be able to tweek you monitor or tv settings to lower the impact too.
