Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I just recently came back to the new season of Apex Legends and I had to play my rank up matches. I have been banned permanently on an account that has over 3000hrs. This is ridiculous if this has happened to anyone else please let me know what you did to fix the issue. I have never cheated in any games except pokemon as a kid lol. I don't really know what to do. I put a lot of sweat and time into this game.

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that.

I can understand why that would be really upsetting, especially on an account you’ve put that much time into. Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums.

If you haven’t already, the best next step would be to go through Penalty History and submit an appeal there. If you still disagree with the outcome after that, you can also try this webform.
