I have suggestions that can help stop repeat offenders who cheat in ranked play
Number 50 pred [Edited] banned for 3rd party software, He was able to cheat for over half the season being unbanned. Im currently in masters and i have ran into him pretty much every single game ive played this season. cheating effects high level lobbies so much that the encounter rate is nearly 100% in these lobbies. I am not exaggerating, these players who have recently been banned have been in every single one of my lobbies this entire season.
If i add up how much rp i lost dying to these players it would literally be in the 1000s. I am glad that people are being banned but there needs to be something done to stop repeat offenders once they have already been banned.
-Make players link their accounts to a phone number or email to play ranked. This will make it harder for cheaters to make new accounts after they get banned.
-non prestige accounts who hit masters should immediately be flagged and gameplay reviewed, its not normal for someone in this current time in apex at level 300 to be hitting masters. I do understand there is the odd person that is just incredibly talented but thats an exception and not normal in any way.
-start giving soft bans to people who team with cheaters. ban them from ranked play for an entire split if caught getting boosted multiple times, targeting the people receiving boosts will discourage cheaters who make money off of boosting players. if you make an example out of players who constantly receive boosts , players wont want to risk getting their account banned
-players masters and above who consistently gain hundreds of rp without ever losing for a certain amount of games should be autoflagged and reviewed
-Replay system, we seriously need a replay system, We need to be able to review gameplay. this would expose a lot of cheaters.
if not then we need access to a death cam system that allows us to download a replay of all the enemies that did damage to you, cheaters are known to do heavy damage without actually knocking to avoid getting reported.
