I opened an epic pack and I received two common items. Seriously the pack itself stated there 100% epic item or better, what is this? a scam?

@213721sWe feel like it's a scam, but they are correct, you are guaranteed an epic item or better, this doesn't mean all 3 items will be epic or better but only 1 of them is guaranteed to be, and since you got 1 epic that's it. I am at over 24-25 apex packs opened only to have grey stuff inside, but I am not surprised or mad about it because I am used to this company now, and don't have big expectations. I said it and I will keep saying it, if you want to have some fun don't invest any money into this game and don't play ranked, just go play some normal random casuals trios or duos with your friends or try to make friends with allies, you will see you will enjoy this game much more. The more money and effort you invest in this game, the more angry it will make you be. It's almost like a strategy of the devs to put players into that position to feel the need to invest more and more money and time while keeping you angry so that will fuel your desire to invest more. Hope you will have some fun and forget about getting something serious out of random boxes. Good luck
p.s. I'm that type of person who got every time in any purple pack (100% epic or better) always got some random stupid thing like a banner or something, nothing legendary... I always got a legendary item probably at the stretched limit, as they set you are guaranteed to get one every 30 packs, that's me, and I will probably get the heirloom shards at the 500th pack. I'm pretty convinced that they didn't randomize this but implemented this "%" chance as a misguided thing when in reality you will get only when it is guaranteed to drop it, this will make the marketing flow and rain with gold for them.

I'm sorry but I think you misread that.
You are guaranteed at least one Epic item in the pack, the other 2 rolls will be default pack rolls.
