I propose a plan to improve SEER.

Hi, I'm not good at English, so I'm sorry if I wrote a bad sentence. Adding from the new season, he's been doing very well, but it's stressing a lot of players. I think his abilities are the main cause of stress. As many people think, the idea of lighting up a legend that has received an ability is very effective. Because he's doing a Wallhack for eight seconds. But more notable is his impediment to recovery. His inhibition is stressing many. But he felt that this impediment was very good for the new strategy. Therefore, it is advisable to delay the recovery time rather than cancel his failure. That is the opposite of what previous Gibraltar and heat shields used to speed recovery times. For example, if you receive his ability during recovery, what if the end time increases in the time shown in the attached table? It may be a difficult technique, but I love this game. So I hope this game will continue to be loved by many people. Thank you for always the best time! I'm sorry for my poor English…

  • 8 seconds is far too long.  I think his ultimate should  shrink quickly over time.  Think of it like fireworks, it explodes out into a sphere and then shrinks back to the center quickly while fading.  Seer would also get highlighted to enemies similarly so there is some risk to him from popping it.

    The range of hisnlassive is ridiculous.

    His tactical does too many things with little to no risks and isn't very unique.  Taking out the damage basically makes it Revenant's tactical.  It has to be different than other legends abilities in how it works and in how it looks.

    Seer is an absolutely terribly thought out kit.  So bad.
