I still haven't received a single godd*mn heirloom shard why!!!?

I'm a level over 550 by now and I still haven't recieved  a single godd*mn heirloom shard when I should have at level 300 at least I want my heirloom shards I have earned 🤬

So do you think (feel in your gut) or know you opened >500? You get about 250 from levels, about 60 from every battle pass maxed out and a like max 50 from treasure packs.... So if you KNOW you actually bought the remaining packs up to 500 (like 150, minimum = $150) then sure, you might have gotten cheated...
