Recently I play casual match.
But, my ally is not wait at I get his banner.
This is it "Why is he play APEX !?", I don't get ally banner, I don't respawn ally ...
I thought,"That’s because too short at we get ally banner limit !" .
How about give banner limit a longer.
All you need to do is "up 15 seconds" .（probably）

What that should be, is you see the player's banner card, but you are still able to move relatively as fast (a slight slow, but not huge), and still have access to weapons, gear, and abilities. It gets annoying when you have a second to a second and half or so, where you're stuck in an animation, and when you have two to recover, you cannot grab the second person until the animation is over. By that time, as you said, the box campers would just get you.
Edited: Then again... the purpose of Crypto's drone, is to make this recovery much easier.
controversial opinion:
1- Recovering banner shold NOT be time limited
2- Respawning should not be a huge spaceship that signals the entire map that a squad is respawning a naked teamate (this mkes no sense)
