Status update: EAhelp has not tried to contact me other than the preciously mentioned Twitter conversation.
The ticket created at eahelp to appeal still has no response, end of suspension is tomorrow will post an update tomorrow.
Sry for @ all of you, thank you for your words and support.
P.S. sry if I didn't @ everyone but all the last page names were showing up

Also it's worth mentioning that EA Help is currently receiving motherloads of tickets so response times may be long.
- 5 years ago@CompleatBeet yeah those inboxes must be exploding 😕, suspension has been lifted though. I am still trying to get in touch with EA so something like this does not repeat it self with anyone ever. or least as less as possible and with swift solutions.

Status update: suspension was lifted. Lets hope this will never happen to anyone else.
