Idea for a new amp

I think a really good way to balance and improve on the movement some characters have as a passive like Horizon's, Ash Dash, Sparrow double jump and wall jump, Lifeline Glide etc without actually changing the base kit of the characters would be to add a new amp that only boosts your legend's passive. It could help every character, especially help buff the none movement legends. You could help work back in Ash's old dash without it actually being baked into her base kit. I don't know exactly what this would look like for every character like Wraith, Ballistic, Caustic's new passive but you could definitely buff Wattson's regen, Rev's crouch speed and low health reveal, Newcastle's res shield HP, Octane healing, Lifeline res speed and glide duration, Rampart's lmg mag size, Fuse Grenade count, things like that. I think it would be a good way for them to try to buff movement like they want but without it being inherently busted on each character, could even make the Amp rare so it's less common and whatnot. Would also give people a reason to ditch the healing amps without nerfing the healing amps.
