90% of games I play I get this, I can start shooting a guy who's busy looting a death box at point blank range, without missing a shot, the hit sounds sound slow and in about 1-2 seconds he will react turn a kill me in less the half a second. Varied weapons in these instances.
I've got a video of an guy i ambushed on one of those zip line towers on worlds edge, he was busy sniping someone and I went up zip line R99 in hand and he panicked on turning and hit shots at my feet (on my screen) with a spitfire from close enough to head butt each other. I die instantly and death screen claims he melted me like 6 straight headshots, I barely got 5 bullets out of my R99
But that 10% of good games i get are insane, I seem impossible to kill, I kill people with any weapon almost instantly, I can wipe out 3 man squads with relative ease, and the sound of bullets hitting targets sounds so much faster, not to mention when I get shot a can actually have time to respond and reposition or run and heal.
I've tried so many suggested network "tricks" but just have nothing that seems to have any effect.
As far as I'm guessing the issue is unavoidable, and likely affected by how many people in the local area are online at the same time as me.
