If Recon Is Allowed A Class Passive, All Other Types Should Get One Too

Recon is allowed the survey beacon scan which is very game changing if you position correctly.
Now you're left with Assault, Support and Defensive Classes.
Support:
Lifelines passive as is, is pretty nice but it would make sense for all supports to open up supply crates.(Got this one from @JaxInTheBox81)
Dont worry Respawn, Lifelines new passive should be that she adds extra health or 25 shields to teammates she is trying to revive called" Will To Fight."
Assault:
They Should have faster climbing, longer sliding and higher jumping(adds to the slide jump). This would have Assault characters primarily focus on flanking, pushing and or taking high ground.
Defensive:
They Should be able to charge themselves with grenades. Hold on, it's not what you think. Each grenade type defends against a certain type of ammo type.
-Arc Star: Casts a static shield around legend that discharges some of the energy bullets.
-Thermite: Surrounds legend in a heat shield that melts small projectiles such as those from light ammo and shotguns. Maybe even reduce some dmg from ring.
-Frag Grenade: Set up a thick spongy flack that deflects some of the damage from heavy ammo(maybe sniper), move slower.
Can only charge one at a time and only for 90 seconds or a total of deflecting 50-75 dmg.
Note:
I do not mean add a shield to absorb 50-75 damage. Each shot against you will only deflect 2-4 dmg at most depending on ammo type.
-Thermite: Reduces dmg by 2 and absorbs 50 dmg.
-Arc Star: Reduces Dmg by 3 and absorbs 60 dmg.
-Frag Grenade: Reduces Dmg by 4 and absorbs 75 dmg. Move slower.
Need to add a 10 second charge time to stop the abuse of quick charging Mid engagement and choose when to charge wisely. This should mainly be used as when a team is pushing and they were shooting prior and you know which weapons they were using. Can be used to engage but your out for 10 seconds. Each shield should have a different sound when hit so you should know which one they have, and a color highlighting if you have damage indicator.
Charging only applies to your current shield and it should be reset if you shield swap. Should only reduce dmg if you have shields available and if you are not flesh/cracked.
Sniper Hits too hard and arrows pierce better which can't be deflected or absorbed.
I can make changes accordingly to any of these if necessary. Frag one feels a little too much and pushing it.
-For defense: Can rather charge at a station if maybe too broken.
-Should be added to pubs before adding to ranked.
