@Ryuta47 one thing that I think I got right watching streams - try to max brightness so you see things in dark places, biggest contrast I had in this context was Doom Ethernal where default settings just intentionally make some of the map pats so dark you can see anything even point blank.
Another thing color-blind settings allow in-game and potentially you can tweak on your monitor is saturation and RGB - this game has so much emphasis on the red spectrum that turning that down makes visual clutter much less of an issue. Maps are all nice and stuff but when I started playing and see people just camp blending into the environment - have done it myself when hunted 3v1 - made me consider playing this game in black and white, honestly.
Just turn all the details to low, disable max possible effects, turn down red spectrum if possible, us ingame color blind mode to correct for red color and you should be ok-ish 🙂
