I'm having a great time! -- My quick thoughts

I'm having so much fun this season, I've started roping my friends in to the game again too! I thought it could be worth lifting what I've personally enjoyed thus far. I'm sort of a returning player so some of these things might not be new to this season specifically. Please do not wreck me in the comments. :^)

The time to kill is perfect for my personal preference with purple armors being the majority of my fights!

I think the Spitfire, Scout and R99 feel really good and satisfying to use right now. Honorable mentions to the Wingman and P20's.

I like the new evo-system. I can play with less-skilled friends without having to worry about them getting insta-beamed in the first fight, because we can level our armor to blue by grabbing a supply-bin and an evo cache.

Red helmets are a dope feature. I like the idea of helmets being rare and contributing in a meaningful manner.

I much prefer the current meta-legends compared to when every team had a Lifeline + Newcastle. I can actually convert knocks into kills now. I know Alter teleport exists but it's yet to really bother me personally. Reminder this is a post about my personal experience!

Just the things I've really enjoyed thus far.

    Great to hear how some of the more recent changes have landed with you DeathcoreCenneth​, thanks for the post! Changes don't always hit the same for everyone, but I enjoy seeing what certain features evolve into down the line with a few tweaks.

    Helmets are a great example as they were always a pretty necessary piece of loot, but not really all that exciting to just add more damage reduction with each subsequent tier. Compared to the current value where they have a more substantial impact and aren't adding as much clutter to the loot pool as they did in the past, definitely a win in my book.

    I know people that will absolutely swear by the G7 this past season or two as well, seems to be in a pretty good place currently!

    I'm not trying to take anything away from anyone's appreciation of the game, but I would like to know if your enthusiasm for this season has anything to do with the Ash meta. Are you maining her and is this accounting for the ease of converting knocks to kills?

    Full disclosure, yes I am playing Ash and it's not impossible that I am in a way being carried by my legend of choice. The dash is so much fun to pass up though! :)

    My main as of the last time I was really active was Conduit, but maybe an aggressive character suits me better.

    It'll be interesting to see how the single-dash Ash will play out, tuning her down is probably going to be healthier for the game. If the purple armors are here to stay then I'd like to think I will keep having as much fun, maybe more with my other legends as well. Obviously I hope that we have as many legends as possible that are considered really good at the same time, so I don't mind the nerfs.
