In-game reporting feedback

need Commendation section for labelling people as good users, that are then accepted/denied by admin
need Inverse Commendation for labelling people as bad users and quitters, that are then accepted/denied by admins
NEED a way to cancel a report for in case you accidentally reported someone you thought was someone else, such as reported your ally for obsene content when you meant to report your killer for T-bagging or similar harassment / obsene content.
