In game tournaments for players who want a comp like experience?or Ranked?

So. I don't know if respawn devs look at these at all. Im hoping to somehow get the discussion going for them if enough people talk about it. 

Many many people I've talked to over the years and many pro/comp/high tier players yearn for a more competitive ranked mode. We want it to feel like we're playing algs and be at a drop spot the flow of the game feeling good. Placement #1 kills as a bonus just like algs scoring. Where you lose tons of rp if you don't use strategy and there are 15 squads ring 4. There's nothing like having those right compact end games nothing more fun. 

I'm fully aware another side of the playerbase wants to just jump on teams heads and prove they can kill a bunch of people to rank up. That's fine that's why I'm suggesting in game tourneys if they aren't going to make ranked the legit pathway to pro league like it should be. Lots of us want as a competitive experience as we can get but there is nowhere to go to get that.
