Inconsistent completion options for art trackers across events and Battle Passes

Hi team,

I'd like to share some feedback regarding the custom art trackers from past events and seasons. 

As shown in the attached screenshot, if a player only unlocked 1 or 2 parts of a legend's art tracker set, they are left with incomplete banner art (e.g., displaying only the torso or legs without the head). 

Currently, the availability to complete these sets is inconsistent across different events and sources:
* For trackers from certain events, players are allowed to craft or purchase the missing pieces later.
* For trackers from other events or past Battle Passes, there is no option to purchase or craft the remaining parts at all. 

While I understand that Battle Pass items are traditionally tied to seasonal progression, displaying an incomplete body part on a banner card looks quite awkward. 

Suggestions:
1. Allow Completion for Owned Sets: Allow players who already own at least 1 or 2 pieces of an art tracker set (even from past Battle Passes or old events) to craft or purchase the remaining missing pieces (using Crafting Metals, Legend Tokens, or Apex Coins).
2. Store Re-runs / Exotic Shop: Bring back incomplete art tracker pieces in the store, Exotic Shop, or reward shops so players have a way to finish their banner art.

Standardizing this and giving players a way to complete these half-finished art trackers in the future would be a fantastic quality-of-life improvement. Thanks for considering!
