INCORRECT RANKED LEVEL AND LOSS OF POINTS
NOT DUE TO PLAYING, RANKED SPIT OR NEW SEASON.
Questions to the developers and to the Apex Legends game admins. For the 3rd time during separate seasons my account in RANKED GAMEPLAY STATUS CHANGED WITHOUTH THERE BEING A SPLIT IN AFFECT, GAME PLAY AND ME LOOSING GP OR NEW SEASON. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO MY ACCOUNT? I went from a Diamond 3 status on my only Xbox account ShadowKing4566, meanwhile my other teammates were on GOLD 2 AND GOLD 3, I didn't play my game for a week and when I got back in my status was at Gold 3 and they are now at Platinum 3 and we are all wondering how is that possible because this is the third time it has happened to my account that no one has access to but me, and my account is 2FA secure. Why is this happening to my account and can my status and points be restored?
