Increase the accuracy of hip fire.

This game doesn't reward anybody any points for hip firing, but you're not always in the position to sit and facetank damage all the while trying to make your gun actually useful by aiming. I feel th...

I don't agree with you, Contraband.  I believe that improving hip fire will only decrease the skill of the game thus making it even more run and gun than it already is, which in my opinion, is a terrible mistake.
