Ingame voicelines language change Option

I prefer to play some games with certain languages on but keeping text at English. To do this in apex or any EA game from what I know, is that you got to go into properties and waste a lot of time trying to download language files for a good 20-30 min. And this resets with every update. Would love for an option ingame where I could change the voice line language without changing the text for less hassle. The option to change text could also be in the settings as well. Or you could have an option to download the language files and enable which ones you have downloaded. Everytime an update comes around the downloaded language files can be updated and language settings won't be reset. Something small but would really like to see this added.
