Input lag on Xbox next gen consoles

Hello my wife and i both have a next gen consoles she has s and i have the x. We’ve been trying to play apex for two weeks now and the game is just in a horrible spot. 

1.can’t heal, reload, swap weapons. 
2. can’t loot with out tapping or spamming x

3. when aiming EXTREME delay. 
4. The game is just overall unplayable at this point. 

i uninstalled reinstalled still nothing. So I’m not sure if there’s any hope but i will not play until there’s notice of a fix.
