Inspecting Weapon (Bugged?)

Not sure if this was intentional or just a small mishap with the new button mappings but; On Console- Xbox specifically, I cannot "Inspect" my weapon or fists when using the Right Bumper then choosing "inspect" with the analog. It only works when going through the D-pad to bring up the quip wheel. 

A small issue- not sure if this is a bug or planned but- I'd like to be able to atleast inspect my weapon through my right bumper. It's a shame it's not as easily done anymore (Inspecting- yeah I know).
