kick teammember from lobby

I would like to see a possibility to kick a team member from the lobby.

Last time a friend of my entered and told me he had to go for a smoke. Meanwhile I sent another request to a friend which entered directly. There was no option to kick the other from the party so had to leave the party and enter the new one. So what is the crown (party leader) option for then? I would be nice to manage a player with some options like kick
