Launch options fps limit APEX PC?

Is there a way I can limit the game FPS to 163 via the launch options?
I did try the command to uncap the frames and it works but I get +200 and then my G-sync is not working properly. Tried +fps_max 163 but it didn't worked. Any ideas?
