@Mortal-san Some People are such bad losers some were leaving in the first minutes because it looked like they would lose and then this is what made it impossible to win creating a domino effect where a 2nd and 3rd player would leave. Bad losers were the main reason we would go into lockout 9 vs 6. When there was no bad losers in my team it happened many times where we would be losing but then regroup and manage to win the game.
You have to learn games are made to win and games are made to lose, you can lose and have fun killing enemies this is what the game is all about. Leavers have the most negative effect on the game... not MM. So it has to be resolved so it doesnt become a dead mode.

I think the issue is not with leavers but with MM that is purposefully give one team an advantage.
When teams are balanced the match is usually balanced. But that's not what we get in Control.
