Leaving a ranked match once you've been killed and your teammates abandon you

So I've came across this situation and once you get killed and your teammates either just don't give a * or they can't revive you you should be able to leave the match and not be penalized in ranked....

    @doWnmachine You may exit the ranked match as soon as your respawn timer has ran out. Once your name is greyed out you may leave with no punishment.

I got a penalty because I had a support in my team even though the timer has run out. It's important to correct this topic as it's the 1st link you'd find on google when searching for this question.
