Legend balance ideas

1. Pathfinder - remove low profile 

2. Pathfinder - new passive: Pathfinder can use healing items on ziplines and has increased accuracy on them. 

3. Pathfinder - reworked ultimate: Pathfinder can pick up ziplines for 25 percent ult charge. Cannot pick up ziplines if anyone is riding them.

4. Wattson - tactical rework: let Wattson toggle her fences on or off by pressing "H" or utility. 

5. Wattson - ultimate rework: Wattson can pick up her interception pylon by using her utility key. If it has not taken any damage, it will refund 25 percent ult charge.

6. Gibraltar - remove the fast revive inside the dome of protection. 

7. Lifeline - Lifeline self-revives faster.

8. Mirage - passive addition: Mirage self-revives invisible.

9. Lifeline - remove low profile 

10. Wattson - remove low profile 

11. Octane - ultimate rework: walking, sprinting, or sliding should have different trajectories on the jump pad. 

12. Octane - add low profile 

13. Lifeline - ultimate rework: Lifeline's care package now brings gold armour. 

14. Lifeline - ultimate rework: Lifeline's ultimate charge time reduced to 4:50 from 6:00

    Pathfinder being able to remove his ziplines would be broken.

    And Mirage self reviving invisible is that with a gold revive or do you want him to be able to self revive invisible without one?

    might i also add on to this really quick. Rampart passive be changed from automatic to hold down inspect to increase the weapons ammo capacity so she can give it to allys (or enemies can loot if dropped) this will give a decent team benefit, and adds more reliable damage that using the shield on the wall. in turn removed the damage off amped cover and make it like caustic balloon and have to shoot the base and not the whole shield. (sorry so long, also playing balance)
