Legend buffs and nerfs

There is a lot that could be done, Wattson its a character designed around defense and holding a spot, but the problem is she drops like a sack of potatoes thanks to that stupid limb nerf on low profile characters, and the fact that her barriers are far too easy to get past especially with the limit on how many nodes you can place. For the fact that the fences supposedly generate 1.2million volts of electricity they dont impact the enemy all that much and are far too easy to take down. Yes her ult stops people from doing grenade spam but its doesnt make much difference when most people just cheese their way around breaking fences or killing the generator and still spamming stuff anyways, not including that they will just stand outside and shoot in, or every lazy caustic player just throwing gas traps into the building and then just winning due to the constant damage, movement and vision debuffs, and him just shrugging damage because of fortified. Her ult is fine, what needs some buffs/reworks are her fences and her passive. One it would be better if we had the ability to stick the nodes to walls or ceilings so people didnt automatically know exactly where to shoot to take fences down and gives wattson players more capability to actually be able to put thought in how they want to lay their fences out. Make it so that while the fences are in range of her ult their damage is amped up as the ult is supercharging the current through the fences that way you dont have people just divebombing into a room and then just winning And take her off of friggin low profile. Dont make her fortified just normal, make her hitbox conform to her suit, not including the hood, to balance it out. People can say that you arent ment to engage in the open with her but she loses fights even when trying to play the defensive game just because she takes too much damage and has no mobility or escape tools at all. Her passive is kind of alright but it would be nicer if she had something more then just her fences being sped up by being around her ult as it sits her passive is a bit lackluster since its useful if you have her ult up which the other half relies on dedicating inventory space to an item and relies on rng. Im still thinking of a more proper idea of what her passive could have but its a little more difficult then fixing her tactical as thats where her greatest weakness is. Another good idea would be to just put her into the support roll with lifeline and then give her a passive where she can res people faster since her own animation show her using her hands like defribulators. She heals shields about the same speed as lifeline heals health, so why not make it that she can pick people up a little quicker. At that point her passive could be comparable to lifelines the only difference is lifelines is a safer pickup with the shield. Iwht lifeline getting the recent additional passive this wouldnt seem like an unreasonable additive to her kit. Chances are my ideas will be looked over or someone is just going to say im stupid but i figured id put my two cents in since wattson is one of my most used characters and i fight her quite often and as she sits she gets beaten to death by everyone with a peacekeeper or people who aim, though sadly because of the low profile debuf now people beat her without having to aim AT ALL, why reward people for spray and praying? thats not healthy for the game!
The problem with the fences isnt the damage its the fact that they are too easy to circumvent because of the fact that people know what to shoot and if all else fails they wont walk through they'll open the door just so your fences break them then just start shooting through the entry ways, and thats provided they havent come chasing you down and shot you to ever living hell while trying to place them to get them off you. As an actual perimeter defense they dont really do the job the way they need too except in all of possibly three places on worlds end where the opponent will be forced to slam right into them if not they will just stop and just pretty much start humping walls till they can clip the nodes and break the fence or just start running circles till they find the door you havent gotten to cover up yet and if you try to stop them they just shoot through the fence at you because it only does something for you when they step through it and if that ends up being the case have fun with that lovely debuff to low profile, because that gem that they believed was a "good idea" for balancing characters that are already taking bonus damage from everything, means that she gets melted by people just spraying in her general direction, especially if they're using a shotgun. peacekeeper without any attachments is pretty much guaranteed to two shot her if shes wearing body armor if shes just hp shes kissing the pavement.
