@DrSeptimus Wattson isn't in Heirloom not because she is not valuable to a team, but because her kit heavily relies on Ult Accelerants therefore she is slightly weaker. I mean, she's still in the top 4.
@CompleatBeet I hate to say this, but if we go into such a narration. The evaluation is way too biased and unfair.
It's basically saying it is ok for this legend (Crypto) to be in this tier but the choice of legend of your teammates must suit the legend itself but it isn't ok for a legend (Wattson) that can work well regardless of teammates legend choice due to the need of accelerant.
The rating need to take into account of every single possible thing to ensure fairness, but drawing such a line is a clear bias. Wattson is basically a legend that work with any legend due to how strong the pylon is to protect the team and the fence to denied enemy access.
If we go into such a narration, it is completely unfair even more so to Loba. Loba basically can set up shop to allowed Wattson to get any accelerant nearby and easily re-arm a teammate that just respawn.
Loba tactical is use to get vantage position ahead of pathfinder, it isn't suppose to be a get out of jail free card. Plus, in a game where Loba doesn't have Wattson as teammate, she can easily spam black market for teammate to quickly fill up their inventory if there is plenty of accelerant nearby.
In a case of 2 squad fighting, Loba can easily camp nearby with legend such as Caustic & Wattson. Set up a shop to steal evo level 5 or any high tier loot from 2 party that fought one another to the death.
If I am to take into account of everything, Mirage should be at the bottom of the least due to how inefficient the decoy is against aim assist.
