Ash's perks look good but have the community largely confused. Does the passive scan for 60 seconds actively follow a team on the map for 60 seconds? Does the 24 second arc snare hit 2 or 3 people? per team? Can it hit the same person twice in it's duration. People don't know.

Improving Ash's tactical is good but ash should be able to use it while aiming down sights with a weapon. ie bangalore, ballistic, rev 1.0 silence, etc.

The issue is that the arc snare extremely slow and really only has value in the short range. Changing a tier three perk to increase tactical speed the longer it's held up to 5x would be a meaningful change. Close range indoor comps would choose the slow but stronger version. Long range comps would pick the faster version...

This change would promote players to think about the situations they re more likely to be in and pick a perk accordingly. Risk vs. Reward should be a fundamental part of gameplay.

The bigger issue is that aim-assistance undermines competitive integrity at it's core... So there's never really a reward for taking close range fights because aim assist abuser will always win out over inputs that don't have aim assistance.   Fix you're broken aim assistance values. The Finals developers had enough data in THREE WEEKS. Apex Legends developers are the worst developers in the industry when it comes to competitive integrity and transparency with their community.
