Lets Talk About 'Skill-Based Matchmaking'?

I came to these forums to find out if what I thought was true. Is skill based matchmaking actually in unranked?!?!

I noticed games are a lot more “try hard” and teams are working together so much but I couldn't believe they would add skill based matchmaking to unranked. 

This is such a terrible change. I play with not very good players about 90% of the time I play this game and I honestly feel bad for partying with them because they have a miserable time. My friend just told me yesterday while we were playing that games are way harder and they're both barely able to get a kill.

I don't know what to * do? I can’t even play a match with my friends anymore cause this * makes them hate the game. They can’t do anything and I have to carry 3 times harder to get any wins. How are you able to make such stupid changes to a game in such a short time period. So many dumb changes killing such a good game and it’s not even a year old.
