Level 26 rare apex pack. (Total BS)

So i've just hit the level 26 case after grinding like an idiot solo for days on end (the one that says 100% guarenteed epics and 7.4% legendary) only to to have received 1 common Octane skin,1 rare ...

@fedddeh Hi, I looked into this, it appears that the G7 scout skin you got was an Epic one, Trial by Fire. Can you double check this, we want to make sure folks are getting the right items?

I opened a Epic Apex pack and got a rare lifeline pose in it. Contacted support and they said there's nothing they could do about it.

@Vntgnyc The Epic packs guarantee at least one Epic, in this case you got Legendary crafting currency, and the Epic Mozambique skin (yeah I know).

It doesn't guarantee that all items will be Epic or higher.

@DarthCheebba Your posting account doesn't seem to be the one playing the game, can you send me your gamertag or the EA account you use to play, and we'll take a look into this?
