Lifeline has too many passives
Why does she get to have like three passives? She can use items 25% faster which is already a pretty good passive but she also gets to have a shield while reviving her teammates? And on top of that ...

@softskiller2 Her ultimate gave weapons!? I don't remember that.
But she takes more damage (5% and is noticeable)
A well placed grenade / arc can kill her revive target "through" her revive shield. I believe she is in a good spot. Wraith on the other hand could use some attention. A skilled player with proper strafing seems near impossible to hit at times.

Seems I recalled it wrong and it was just this patch that removes gold armor/helmets:
"Lifeline Care Package - Removed slight chance that level 4 armor and helmets will drop"
