Lifeline needs a nerf, but not in the way the Devs are proposing

I can confidently say I’m a Lifeline main, since season 2; she is quite literally the only legend I use. I understand the frustration with the res shield being infinite, but what is being proposed ...

You seem to know what you’re talking about, so explain the 60% increase for her Q, please. Is it 60% faster, or 60% more health? Nothing I’ve seen so far has been completely clear on this.

@CasensHyper As far as I’ve seen, I believe it is a 60% increase in healing speed. But I, too, haven’t come to a clear conclusion.
