I agree, she is a COMBAT MEDIC. I've been a lifeline main since the beginning. I always hated her ultimate, it usually gives me 2 purp knockdown shields. I'd rather her special be a health bomb than a poor care package. They should at least consider making her shield breakable rather than get rid of it all together. There is so much they can do with this game but EA would rather copy and paste skins with different colors and slap a price tag on the same thing. Lifeline is a Combat Medic and just because snow flakes are complaining about her shield that she should of had since day one, they would rather get rid of it to please the snow flakes. Upgrade the servers and game play rather then keeping the same status quo and you'll have yourself a great game. Knowing how greedy EA is and their past choices, it doesn't look good.
@xXx1BLitZ6xXx Kind of hard to take people seriously when part of their argument involves insulting the opposition but... Lifeline is unique here. Most people want her tweaked not nerved.
An auto revive mechanic is a pretty strong passive even without the shield and the buff to her tactical means she can bring people back into the fight faster. Only problem as that might not be enough.
I think another poster mentioned buffing her Ult. It would be pretty cool if they worked like regular care packages which gave you a chance of pulling a Kraber. I'm not sure if that would be too much though.
I think lifeline is honestly fine in pubs and ranked, she's strong and viable but not op. Three strikes mode she needs to have her normal rez time (same with new castle), or make it so the rez is canceled when the down player is shot. Game modes supposed to be fun not cheese mechanic to win. In team deathmatch she needs a different passive since you don't rez. Honestly things that should of been thought of (same with loba ult in gun run etc)
