Lifeline Revive Animation Fix

I feel like the Lifeline revive animation is too long and should be quicker. It has gotten me killed many times due to how slow the animation is. It should be fast like the D.O.C. healing drone animation is when throwing it down. How can she be "free to defend" her allies when she is stuck in the revive animation for so long?

@om3ga51999 The auto revive barely has an animation if one at all, so if you think it is taking long you must have been doing a default revive

Like when you click to auto revive them you go into a animation and it puts your gun away and you can't really move at all. I wish that didn't happen.
