No the healing drone has been replaced by her new pick up. Check the notes I showed the screenshot. Combat revive now replaces combat medic.
@Momma_Kittie86 No. The drone healing is not a part of her passive, therefore it is not gone.
Read the notes. It has unless she now has 3 abilities in game. As I stated the notes state that combat medic (which is the healing drone) has been replaced by her new pick up which requires a cool down. Her new pickup is now her passive ability. I supplied the screenshot advising that her passive has been replaced by her new pick up on two of my other posts prior.

The drone reviving someone is just an extra ability tacked onto the drone.Drone heal was her passive originally and it has been replaced. Her drone heal required a cool down in-between. It was her original passive ability.
