Hopefully just the start of her changes. You never know, she might be buffed again in the next patch. Revenant time to shine was more of Lifeline. His changes are good even though it won't make him picked more in Competitive or the Pro Scene.
He's good for pubs and having fun now though.
This change seems more like an early test of the feature, as it was in the game files as the "role class buff". So this is more like preliminary testing than "the lifeline buff" and was put in ahead of time before Loba comes into the mix.
