lifeline's prestige skin should also come with prestige doc

I just unlocked the prestige lifeline skin and am quite disappointed to find out that it doesn't also come with the D.O.C recolor that is in the finisher. this feels like a wasted opportunity because...

Skins for DOC and Hack would be fun. Maybe for other abilities too?
(Newt, Jump Pad? {technically that one is upgrade based and already exists with two}, Fallback, Barricade, Sheila, Pylon, etc.)

I agree, what I do find weird though is that Newcastle skins do transfer to his tactical at least some of them do. I'm just not sure why they passed up the opportunity to make this skin very special
