I'm not really into Loba's design either. I don't know- call me a prude or an elderly citizen if you may... but her character really did seem outta left-field for me. Yes, I know that is only MY opinion- and I'm sure there's men and women who're really into fashion or having that "spice" Loba's got- or the whole "Beautiful-but-Deadly" trope; But standing next the the rest of our Legends...? Eh, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who feels the same way.
