Loba Buff Concept (UPDATED) #PleaseAddToApex

Hello I was thinking of a buff for Loba because she needs one.. Please don't look at this and think its over powered, think of this as Loba finally being a great legend. .Loba can take up to 4 items from her Black Market. (But only her not teammates because she is the thief.) 

.Loba's Black Market should not have a range/deploy animation because it gives away your location.

.Loba's Black Market should be able to pick up teammates banners since she is a support. (This does not take up a slot.)

.Loba's Black Market can take 2 things from the vault. (I'm not sure about this one but you could give 1 item for your teammate and one for you.)

.Loba should be able to run while throwing her Jump-Drive Bracelet. 

.Loba should not have the animation and get slowed after her Bracelet landing the floor.

.Loba's Bracelet has 15 second cooldown.

.If you get nocked after throwing Loba's Bracelet, you still teleport. (However Revenants Silence can still cancel it.)

.Loba's Bracelet should go way higher and be able to travel further.

.Loba's Bracelet should move faster in the air.

.Loba's Black Market can take items from a closed care package.

.Loba's Black Market Has a bigger range.

Loba's Bracelet should not have a trail because people can track you down easily. (Only needs effect and sound.)

Loba's Hitbox should be a bit smaller, only a bit.

Loba's Passive can also see things she needs through the walls. For example, if she is low she will need healing. Hence seeing a med kit or syringe through the walls, or If she needs any gun attachments, etc. (She will still be able to see purple and legendary loot through walls.)

Loba's Passive lets you see death boxes through walls, if it contains any purple or legendary items, or healings etc as I said in my last suggestion.

Loba's Black Market lets you take unlimited attachments and healings. Only Guns and armour are limited to the slots because they are big. (I'm also not sure about this one but maybe.)

Loba's footsteps can not be heard if she is above someone, hence because she is meant to be sneaky. (If she is below someone in a building then this will not work, nor if your the same floor as the enemies.)

When you land on the map your ultimate is fully charged.
